A couple of weeks ago our March fixtures looked like some comfortable wins were in store, but how things change.
Coventry now have only lost one of past five (against Diamonds) and also Boldmere are on up. St Neots have had some creditable draws. All in all the 3 game home run does not look quite so "easy".
Obviously we are still hoping for 9 points but I would not be surprised if we suffer a minor hiccup along the way.

Well you know what they say, good teams find a way to win even if they play badly and that was that game, we weren't at the races for large periods of the match against a hard working Sphinx side, but with the spirit and quality in this team, we still found a way to win.
momentum is growing and on the cusp of breaking into the top 5, getting exciting now!

Totally agree with your summing up but a good win in the end, onwards and upwards

Spot on analysis of the game Olly, let's hope the team gets it's second wind on Saturday against an in form Boldmere, it'd be a shame to slip up now.
Even Bruno struggled last night. Personally I'd have given Evans MOM, cos I thought he drove the team onwards in the second half with a fair bit of direct running and some silky skills.
Attendance was poor, thought it looked more than 291 but let's hope a few more get the chance to turn up on Saturday.
Mon the Steelmen for tonight, let's hope you stick one on the moneybags
