I'm not sure if this is a big loss for them in truth. Did well in the first spell, but not really hit the heights again for them, happily. I think he will probably get another job in the lower leagues at some point, but i doubt it would be above League 1.

Confirmed today on Look East. Interesting to note one of the reasons for leaving is due to a smaller playing budget.
