Delighted with the late goal and rescuing a point, late goals can often be the hallmark of a good team. But if we're honest with ourselves, we got away with it today and on another day against a team that could finish could have been well beaten, we were second best for 90 minutes and just too slow, and despite being the usual bunch of whingers you get at this level, SC will surely be kicking themselves for not coming away with three points today.

Point gained today for sure and to be able to play poorly but still find a way getting something out of the game is a good sign of things to come, but we need to be better in future games if we are to compete with the stronger teams at this level.

Agreed! Obviously happy with the point, however we were poor across the 90 minutes and it was quite an infuriating watch. We need to utilise John McHugh down the right channel much more often, he is fantastic at drawing fouls and seems like he can beat anyone in a foot race.

That was our get out of jail free card.

Poor performances in the first half of games are becoming a habit, we just couldn’t string two passes together! A lot better in the second half, the players really need to start performing over 90 minutes though. We were lucky Sutton Coldfield couldn’t finish their chances. I’ll take the point though.
