Lost their manager in pre-season and are re-building. Will be interesting to see where they are players wise.

A side that was punching well above their weight last season - struggled a bit at the end. Interesting to see what this season brings.

Presumably loannee is not helped by the illness bug that's going through Cobblers 1st team at the moment.

With a number of 1st team players out for their season opener, I expect they'll not be keen to let any younger players out of the door for a few days

As already mentioned, Lye are going through a rebuilding phase after a much successful period with their previous management staff and playing squad. Their new gaffer, is the same gaffer who spent the 2nd half at Coleshill last season, and let’s just say that his time there wasn’t great. I’m definitely not underestimating any team, but I am super confident today thanks to our management and players. I don’t think I’ve gone in to a game genuinely thinking we will win in a very long time. Let’s go Rushden!
