Looking at the fixtures left for Gresley, if I had to make a prediction I would say that they will probably pick up just 3 more points. So a point against Anstey would probably be enough to finish above them. Rugby on the other hand have relatively favourable fixtures, although Boldmere and Bedworth have had a little resurgence recently. I think Rugby will probably pick up 5 more points, meaning we probably need to pick up 2 more points. Obviously depending on GD.
This is just a prediction and will inevitably be way off the mark but if I had to guess, that’s what I’d say!

It's an interesting coincidence that Diamonds and Rugby both have to play Boldmere, Shepshed and Walsall Wood.

Tomorrow will be a tough one, they’re the in form side with 16 points earned out of the last 18 available - but good runs always come to an end. Tomorrow is a free hit for us and we’ve shown we’re a match for anyone on our day. Anything could happen!!
12 points up for grabs this season - I think we need 4 but 6 would make it almost certain - 2 wins out of 4 games, we’ve got this!
If we don’t stay up now then we need our arses kicked frankly! The lads have done remarkably well to get us into this position, but as the old saying goes, we’ve won nothing yet!
Looking forward to a competitive match tomorrow, win lose or draw, I expect us to secure the points we need to stay up in the remaining games, I’ll be astounded now if we don’t - but we’re AFC Rushden & Diamonds, nothing is ever that straightforward eh? lol
Let’s get HR rocking for what I’m expecting to be our penultimate match there!!

We were in a similar position 2 years ago, just a couple of points from our remaining games and we were comfortably in the play offs. But thanks to managerial ineptitude we blew it. Thankfully we have a real manager this time.
By winning at Harborough last Monday we have probably ensured Anstey are not complacent. It's going to be a very tough afternoon.

Here we go then, tough game coming up, they are no mugs and they will have seen what happened at Harborough. I will be happy with an ugly 0-0, very pleased with anything better.
