One factor in favour of us being placed in Southern League First Central is that they currently only have 19 teams. So in theory Diamonds, Bedford and Kings Langley could all be moved in south.

Not impossible that we could have a very local derby next season in either division. Welly currently 2nd in UCL South, 4 points in front of Coventry Sphinx who have 2 games in hand. The clubs play each other at the D & D on Saturday which could be vital in the race for second place and a shot at promotion.

Budget cuts ahead if Wellingborough look like they might have to take promotion.

That’s going to be considerably tougher, spalding chairman has already announced he’s going to promotion and the figures they will have a budget to back that, coupled with harborough and Corby all after the same local players. Some good new grounds to visit and a nice derby against Corby is an upside though

Absolutely impossible to guess which division we will be in next season, even though all the clubs are known now, as we are right on the border with no obvious "best" way to divide the clubs. This projection has Evesham in NPL Midlands and Malvern SL South, the fa may decide to keep them together in which case NPL is easier with us going SL Central. They may put them both in SL South, the knock-on effect would be us and one other (Cambridge? ) being NPL.
We won't know how the FA sees this until the allocations are published, even then one club going bust in the top 8 levels could change everything!

Incidentally, Southend United are deep in the brown stuff. They could well be expelled by the National League, which would save Torquay and K*ttering. If they go bust completely it would cause lots of changes further down.

It does not matter really because whatever league we get there will always be at least one team with a Owner with Money and ambition spending big time.

Of course we should know that as as RDFC we had an Owner with deep pockets and ambition which propelled us into the stratosphere so what will be
will be and really after the horror show of 2011 i am glad we have a team playing in north, south, East or West, OK maybe traveling to Truro may be a bit much.
