Hamilton Bunga And Nathan Hicks Leave

Post by Adrian »

Hamilton Bunga and Nathan Hicks have left.

https://www.afcdiamonds.com/player-update-5/

Bunga's agent was touting him for a move on Twitter literally 2 or 3 games after he signed for us, IMO that's disrespectful to the club and a player who is fully committed to the club he plays for would have put a muzzle on him.

If you're going to use clubs as a stepping stone at least be good at what you do on a consistent basis rather than once a month, otherwise you end up with a big list of former clubs and making backwards/sidewards moves rather than upwards.

Good luck to Hicks for the future, he has put in some good performances this season and showed commitment to the cause.
  • Play it out from the back.
  • 1 up front.
  • Man gets one good result via a new manager bounce and thinks he's Pep Guardiola.

Shame about hicks I really thought he was going to be good for us but perhaps he thought he wasn't going to get regular game time.

The worst thing about Bunga is that a bang average semi-pro footballer has an agent

Shame about Bunga as he seemed to be a good person to have around, but his agent was touting him to new clubs, and we only want players who are 100% committed.

Also a shame about Nathan, if I remember correctly he was dropped by he who shall not be named, and we didn’t see him since.

The official line was that Nathan was no longer "available".

Hell of a result for Bunga's agent today. Yaxley had one point from 24 games, but have thumped Harborough 3-1 this afternoon, and played the last half hour with 10 men :cheesy:
