It's madness that the 2 loanees from Northampton are not available for Mondays game as they are going to play in the JPT Trophy for Northampton on Tuesday.
I always thought that once a player signs on loan he becomes our player until that loan period expires unless the parent club recalls him which would mean to play for us again he has to join us on a new loan.
The idea of the loan system is to get these young lads out playing men's football, JPT trophy games should not be taking priority over a loan, I'm sure the Cobblers are not short of numbers as in the past they have always tended to have a decent youth setup.
