Note: At the match tomorrow there should be paper copies of the survey to fill out and leave in buckets/boxes when exiting the stadium. Look to collect the surveys after you enter the stadium.

Fair play to everyone involved in setting this hope presumably in response to comments on this forum recently. Hope it provides some useful insight and some productive actions come from it.

Have done it but little frustrated that there is no room to put any comments/suggestions. Unfortunately all I've been able to do is confirm what I suspect the Club already know , that huge improvement is needed for home matchday experience & board communication

Agree with that.
