So guys, our current squad is as follows:

GK - Finlay, Heath

LB/CB - Brown

CB - Dolman, Ashton

RB - Westwood

CB/CM/RB - Harris

LW/LB - Fairlamb

CDM - Bunting, Curtis

CAM - Farrell, Oulton

LB/CM - Ford

RW/LW - Smith, Gyasi

RW/LW - Brown-Hill

CM/ST - Leslie

ST - Lorraine, Sharriff, Dillon

Trialists - Hembury (?), Punter (?)

Happy? I think we need another CB and potentially another LB. One more striker maybe?

Plus Charlie Coulson, Taylor Orosz, Ash Deeney, Harrison Desborough and Ryan Baird as stated on the website.

Charlie Coulson hasn't appeared yet in pre-season, and no mention by Andy Peaks in his pre-season video, plus hasn't Taylor left for Pagnall? Don't know about Ash Deeney - think he's left as well.

Coulson has registered with Deeping.

I think we need a central defender unless Ashton's return is imminent which I doubt. I think we could cover the position with Brad Harris and Sam Brown but it's not an ideal situation. Perhaps someone like Blaize Punter who appeared briefly as a trialist last night might be enough.

I don't think we need another LB as Ford is more than capable should Brown be required elsewhere.

I think we probably do need another striker but it'll have to be someone content with making up the numbers i'd have thought.

Only minor issue may be, 20 names listed if we add another (much needed) CB & a striker and we got lucky & were injury free you end up every game with 6 players not involved, not on contracts so not getting any money. They may not hang about long unless duel registered somewhere. Witton way may be better, small squad try & get by through minor knocks and short term injuries, look to get someone in if anyone is likely to be missing for more than 3 weeks. The Wobblers contact could be useful for loan players though after last night it may be working the opposite way.
