Ashton in ahead of Wilkinson tonight. Quigley starts. Nice to see Butt, Pinder and Ackroyd on the bench.

K*ttering 2-0 up now! Where would the final be played if we win tonight?

So it's on, K*ttering in the final it is! We knew it was only going to be a matter of time before the two clubs met each other again, may be the biggest Hillier Cup Final in a while!
I imagine it will have to have segregation and correct if I'm wrong, but that would mean it could only be Steel Park or Sixfields? Unless Brackley have segregation, but I doubt they'd play it there. I guess it will be Steel Park.

Hats off to the players for bouncing back from Saturday to beat a team two leagues above. Not much between the sides with the goals coming from a keeper miss kick and Stevensons break away. Matt Finlay was motm for me, making some great saves and almost saved the penalty. Been an interesting run in this cup so far with tonight's win, almost going out to Desborough on pens and now a final against our old rivals. Bring it on!

I wonder how many of the 100 Diamonds fans that saw the last Hillier Cup game between the old club and the Poppies in 2009 are now following AFC R&D? My guess would be that most of them still are, as we were down to the bare bones that night -
