Hello all, my name is Callum Mitchell and I'm a local A-Level student currently doing an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), and I was wondering if you would be able to complete a survey of mine, to aid my research?

I know that the club was recently involved in the FA's 'Football vs Homophobia' campaign, which links nicely into my subject of:
"Are Football Clubs and the FA doing enough to support LGBT groups in the UK?"

I do think the whole Brighton and Hove Albion thing, is blown out of all proportion however.
It is what the City is infamous for, much like when teams from the north are ridiculed for being drunk, wife beating b*stards in a certain song.

Liverpool- jobless, thieving chants, Norwich- inbred chants, Welsh Sides- sheep shagger chants etc etc.

I honestly think the stereotypes in football chants are part and parcel of the game.

If Brighton fans are offended by the chants "we can see you holding hands" and "Does your boyfriend know your here" etc then perhaps football stadiums aren't the place for them.

Obviously if it is just mindless highly offensive abuse being thrown about then that is a reason to feel aggrieved

Just my opinion, I appreciate, not everyone sees it that way, but that's just my views.
