The FA try to kick out:

Racism,
Violence,
Bad behaviour,
Foul and abusive language,

One of the reasons for this is because the players are role models for kids... I agree with all of that.

But there is one thing that could be seen as dangerous and cause a player to choke... It really annoys me... So here it is...

Every time we see Goalkeeper Joe Hart on the camera... He is standing there... Looking like like a fool chewing his gum...

Players have to take earrings out etc for safety, yet he is standing there chewing gum :twisted:

Is it only me that finds it annoying?

One can only imagine nothing will be changed till some poor player gets a ball hit him on the head and chokes on his chewing gum, i remember seeing the same thing happen at school luckily he was ok after getting treatment.

I think ill write to the FA and suggest it.

I personally think that would be a fantastic idea! I'm sure they'd love to hear from you!

Long haired players will be forced to wear hairnets soon for fear of blinding an opponent.

The thing that annoys me about modern football is not placing the ball in the quadrant, or even on the line, when taking a corner. the Swiss player last night might just as well have taken the corners from the edge of the penalty area!Many years ago I saw Bobby Smith get sent off for not placing the ball correctly at a corner......well actually he did say something unpleasant to the linesman as well.

I seem to remember Burge did this all the time as well, at least I think it was Burge.

The tiny thing that annoys me is teams playing 4-4-2 but not lining up as:

......1
2...5...6...3
7...4...8...11
.....9...10

The hard tackling fan favourite midfielder, McElhatton for RDFC, Ince and Gerrard for England, Fabregas(!) where he's been, should always wear 4. Excepting the goalkeeper situation, we used to play this until some point through last season. Then Ashton started to wear 4 and it made everything look very messy...
