Good signing for us, I think he's looked sharp and will do a decent job for us. Still wondering what's happened to Scotty though !!

I think someone said he's gone back to Kempston, but no official confirmation as of yet.

Glad Courtney has signed on though, he was pretty damn good on Football Manager! :)

It happens all the time at this level. Change of jobs, holidays, better offers, wanting to play with their mates.

Remember unless they are contract the club has no hold on them.

He was retained as stated on the club website...
"AFC Rushden & Diamonds Manager Andy Peaks has begun his preparations for the forthcoming 2015-16 season. One of his first tasks was to enter discussions with last season’s squad, and to date he has managed to get the commitment of the following players to remain with the club as they move up to Step 4.

Matt Finlay, Sam Brown, Charlie Butt, Liam Dolman, Jack Ashton, Jake Gillingwater, Brad Harris, Adam Confue, Richard Bunting, Declan Rogers, Elliott Lamb-Johnson, Tommy Berwick, Tom Lorraine.

Russ Dunkley and Jason Turner have left the club, and AFC Rushden & Diamonds would like to thank both players for their efforts and contribution to recent successes.
He may just be on holiday?
