Another disappointing departure.

He's going to be hard to replace in the wide left midfield role. Another player i'm sure we were all looking forward to seeing next season

This is getting quite annoying. Surely these guys know their personal situations as soon as the season ended. Why wait till just weeks before the new one starts.

Are they being wholly truthful?

Unless you get players on contracts then they hold the key, and that's the way it should be.

For all we know Declan could have been offered a fantastic work opportunity that needs him to be available on Saturday mornings.

Wouldn't surprise me to see him teaming up with Ricky Marheinke at St Ives Town.

Disappointing, but players come and players go, that's the way of things at this level, signing for the club means little really unless its a contract !!

Could be work, could be family, could be a lack of willingness to fight for his place, could be he's been offered more money elsewhere - who knows!

Good luck for the future Declan, we move on !! Timing is a bit rubbish though, 4 days before our first preseason game.

I agree Jim, they know who we are, where we want to go and if they can't commit then it's right they go now. It's a great opportunity to get a new face in. You never know we might get someone better
