This is the first individual medal for 30 years (since Cousins in 1980) - we've won gold in team events since then (curling, ice dancing etc). A great achievement

I somehow saw this last night, well I didn't see Williams run but I saw the other womens and when they did the ghost replay there wasn't 1 that was even remotely close to her. The course must take some battering after a while though.
