I write this E-mail in the wake of a situation of which is becoming more regular and customary is every match i care to pay and attend. I of course refer to the inadequate failed medical experiments you send to us (I believe you call them Referees). To me disbelief their ability to make simple judgement calls and show ample amounts of common sense seem to all but non existent.
I; amongst thousands other support a club currently in the almost thoughtless leagues in Non-league. In particular i support Rushden and Diamonds (You may of heard of them) currently competing in the Blue Square Premier.
I feel compelled to write to you due to a display of pure cluelessness and obvious incompetency from one of your mentally challenged human beings last night in the game at the Kassam Stadium featuring Oxford Utd and of course Rushden and Diamonds. To save you the time and obvious exertion to get off your arse in you nice office in Wembley to find out who i am referring too, The failed Abortions you sent to us were Mr Steve Creighton of Berkshire and his equally retarded assistants; Mr A Bird and Mr M Rushton. I cannot comment on the experience of Mr Creighton because as to my due relief i have not had the displeasure of seeing his seemingly limitless inadequacy in previous matches, but he appeared to be pressured in to decisions by a bumper crowd for non-league football of over 7,500 fans. Twice he gave questionable penalty to the HOME side, one they managed to royally f*** up, but the second; giving in the 86 minute of put away to give a lacklustre Oxford all 3 points. Now if Oxford had been all over us all game then maybe i would be more considerate to the mistakes you ‘professionals’ but they had no chance that threaten the goal all game. Apart from his game fixing decisions, he fail to give us a ‘stonewall’ penalty and disastrously fucked up in a situation when one of our player were taken out by the last man only to my and the 380+ other Rushden fans disbelief only receiving a yellow card. His assistances also seemed to me highly skilled bollock jugglers.
Our manager Justin Edinburgh gave a very damming report of your arse sniffer; Mr Creighton, of which no doubt one of you pen pushers will be looking into, however he only speaks the truth on behalf of the team, fans and club.
Your clueless match officials last night were quite frankly the lowest of the low in a filthy puss-filled group of officials you send to us week in week out. I can only presume that the breed of Referees that you have where headhunted from the local job centre plus or nearby drug factories as they are a irritatingly incompetent and infuriatingly inept bunch of twats. I suggest you take a good look into your employment and training programme of referees and consider sacking Stevie Wonder and the RT Hon David Blukett from your training staff.
I am in great confidence that this E-mail will be sent to the correct department and dealt with accordingly, suffice to say i hope that you remove Mr Creighton from any future Conference matches and he is never appointed to a Rushden and Diamonds game again.

(P.s Under the Freedom of information act 2000, we would be highly grateful if you could disclose the name of the person or persons that paid Mr Ceighton last night to fix the match)

Whilst understanding your frustration as a football fan, every supporter will have an opinion on the game’s major talking points and we’re always interested to hear them. The Football Association receives frequent correspondence on individual refereeing decisions across all levels of football as well as on the performance of referees in general. Whilst 100% consistency is impossible when human judgment is introduced into a situation, referees get the overwhelmingly majority of decisions right. In fact they are arguably the most consistent people in the game making split-second decisions that will be analysed repeatedly by slow motion cameras and panels of football experts.

There is a system in place for monitoring the performance of referees and referee's assistants. This involves referees assessors and reports from club managers. All assessors come from a footballing background and the majority are fully qualified referees themselves. The performances of referees over a season are then taken into consideration when the leagues appoint their referees for the following season.

The National Group officiates in the Football League and is the responsibility of David Allison, Referees Manager at the Football League. I am very grateful for your reply, your attempt to conceal a template letter was to my disappointment, the fact that you have template letters regarding your inept colleagues just proves the volume of complaints you must receive. However I feel compelled to attract your attention to one or two minor mistakes, If you took the care to read my E-Mail with greater detail, you may of noticed that I was referring to a Non-league club so your advice to uptake this issue with the football league was about as useful as a condom vending machine at the Vatican. Also i posed several question to you; The FA of which none were answered, i write hoping that this time you will reply with sufficient responses. Firstly can you confirm whether your finest arse sniffer, Mr Steve Creighton will be removed from the near future fixture list and secondly, Will he be banned from all future Rushden and Diamonds games. I hope that this time the E-mail will be responded to accordingly.
