I'm a little concerned that some people may be trying to register but aren't having their accounts activated because of Usernames.

We get roughly 1000 registration emails a week give or take 100 or so, so it's difficult at a glance to spot which are real and which are spam (99.9%).

If anyone who wants to register or has tried to register is reading this, then if you could make your username a bit more obvious to us - something RDFC related for instance - you may have more luck.

Also, it's taken us 2 years but we've just got our 500th member!

I should also add that Usernames can always be changed once you've been accepted....

Does this thread mean for this forum, or for the members' forum?

I ask because I still haven't received my members' forum activation email, but I can get into the members' area just fine like.
