So, who has lodged this appeal? KC?

I wonder if it is KC, surely he would rather we not be alive since he only wants one club at NP. Also we don't have a leg to stand on FFS.

What's the point in appealing, it'll never get overturned. We don't have the funds to continue, why bother? It's just a waste of time with no investment promised.

Maybe Ladak has discovered actually how much it actually costs to run NP on a daily basis and Keith is desperate for a tenant?

Well, I can't imagine it was the Beasants who appealed, so I am now totally confused as to motives, as I thought KC had washed his hands of us!

Eh, who has released this, as it does read like the other statments released by the Beasants, do they still have access to the website?

Very odd

It clearly says that R&DFC have lodged the appeal so that must mean it is the Bs as they own the Club.

hang on, IF this decision gets over turned, we can't play until 2012/13 because we haven't registered with the Northants FA. Am i right? :S

There are just a few of us that still have access to the OWS and we will not post on it unless we have received official intructions to do so.

I would imagine that Formic has posted the details regarding the appeal.

Yeah it has to be the Beasants, but why? I'm amazed they're pursuing this, I thought they would have completely disappeared by now and given up on the club (as it seems to have been the case recently) and everything at K*ttering is about them moving in as sole tenants and a groundshare wouldn't have been viable I saw somewhere, so why are we still making efforts, afterall as KC said the appeal decision wouldn't be made immediately and even if it incredibly suceeded, we'd have little time to completely build a team from scratch :?
