There wasn't any biscuits, nobody from the club could afford them.

I'm sure Cotty could afford to donate them 60,000 packets of Co-Op bourbons with his spare 30 pieces of silver ;)

That would have been nice of him, money seems to be no object.

Joan managed to get away from the meeting at half-time during the youth game in order to serve snacks and drinks.
That's all I saw anyway ;)

Sat at the front to get a maximum view of the CEO (the Chairman was absent yet again).
The meeting went something like this (obviously this is the shortened version):
CEO: Hello - we haven't got any money and I know we owe you some. Any idea what we can do - answers on a postcards please.
Creditors: How big is your problem ? how much is owed ?
CEO: I don't know - I haven't got figures but we are working on it.
Creditors: Some questions about why the Club is in this situation. What are the options ?
CEO: 1) Liquidate the Club 2) Go into Administration 3) Go into CVA
Creditors: So we will wait to hear from you and it would be nice to hear how big the problem is.
CEO: Er yes
During the meeting CEO asked for creditors ideas and support. I confirmed that whilst CEO and Chairman are still at the Club this will not be forthcoming from me and I will be pursuing my debts via winding up orders. However if CEO and Chairman are no longer at the Club I would be prepared to reconsider.
My view on this is that the current people are unable to run a football club. It was very unprofessional.
Its a shame the CEO did not stay on at the end of the meting to see the Youth Team win their match and the League. Well done to Mark Starmer and the boys !

This is crazy, who wouldn't go to a creditors meeting without knowing how big the problem is?!
What happened to the commercial activities they were on about?
Not looking good all round!

What were they hoping to achieve by holding this meeting? They don't seem to have any idea what to do at all. I admit I've had my doubts about their "integrity" but now I'm beginning to think they are just outstandingly incompetent.
