.............shows us to be a bit shit hot at the moment doesn't it? :D

The last 8 games played overall table shows York top (8 straight wins), then Stevenage Borough (6w, 1d,1L), AFC Dons 3rd (5w, 1d, 2L) then us tied on results with the Dons but 4th just on goal difference - pretty damn impressive eh?

What makes excellent reading is the Scum languishing in 21st position with 2w, 1d and 5 losses :D oh, and they've scored just 4 goals in those 8 games and conceded 9 - happy days eh? Hope to be cruising past them in the table soon.

The 2 most surprising positions are Ebbsfleet 9th. and Cambridge 22nd.

Thats great to see! Must be a while since we've been 4th in the form table, and seing K*ttering 21st in the form table makes it that little bit sweeter.

I've just been drooling over those stats and the league table... thinking "if only we can win those 2 games in hand". Dangerous thoughts I know.

After putting ourselves in a great position and gaining some momentum it would be typical of us to go and lose tonight, maybe 1-0 with a late goal.
Very pessimistic thinking I know, but we've seen it so many times before...

If the boys can go and get a good win tonight I will feel we have started to really turn a corner regarding consistency.

So true, the game after we thrashed Barrow the first time is a good example, 0-0 at Ebbsfleet 4 days after destroying a better(in regards to the league table) Barrow side. Also after that superb victory in Wales last time we played them, iirc we then went on to draw at home with Alty, so really hope this team can keep that momentum as I'd say this game is probably as important as Saturday's was.
