Re: Desperate measures.....
They've got 1000 ST holders haven't they? So assuming they turn up it probably won't go under 1000.

Deal or no deal Jim. Still no way they can survive at NP.PigmanRDFC wrote:http://www.northantset.co.uk/news/busin ... _1_3309334
Hmmmm, bulls#ite to get the players to turn up tomorrow? Or a genuine potential deal on the table - I guess we'll see Friday eh? ;)

Re: Desperate measures.....
I'm thinking of compiling a playlist for if it does happen. So far all I've got is No Wow by The Kills, mainly because of the opening lyrics:diamondgeezer1 wrote:But if they do I'll have a few pints down the pub, knowing 'Project Nene Park' fell flat on its face.
"You're gonna have to step over my dead body
Before you walk out that door
You charmed me with your magic
Landed looking tragic
"Forever" is the feather you ain't got no more"
I think that in particular the bolded bit really sums up the whole relationship between their fans and Ladak perfectly.
Oh and even if they don't turn up I think they'd add them onto the attendance to save a bit of face. As it is I think they'll rally and a few more will turn up to see another thrashing. 1,300 (25)

Says in the Chron today that two of the players who played on Saturday won't be playing. One has gone to Hinckley and another is injured.
Might be worth lumping some money on this one. 5+ goals or something.

Kettrin have been keeping me in beer money for the last couple of weeks! Got some money on tonights game too.
Maybe Ladick should lump some money on Darlington, hang on, he ain't got any has he?

I think the ship sailed on the money making after Grimsby. I made a nice £50 on that (although it was hard work for Grimsby!) but I'm not sure I can be bothered to lump on goals and York were only 1.2 on Saturday. I'll check the odds for over 3.5 though, that might tempt me.

I've gone in for a few of tonights games, and a couple of bets on kettrin, the odds aren't great on a straight win for Darlo (what do you expect?), but i've got a few quid on that, basically because i'll still make something out of it. Also got a few more quid on darlo to win by 4+. I've got enough in my pot so not overly fussed about losing it.

Bit strange that Ketterin are putting Darlo fans in the Airwair for tonight's match by the looks of it. Obviously money's no object and can afford to do so.
