I see there is confusion surrounding the various monies that have been put into the club - and they have discovered there are other investors that want a return on their money. There are worryingly similar parallels to the "debt free" situation we were in this time last year - and the contradictory revelations when the final administrators report was published.

I've lost count of how many issues they''ve had that have direct parallels with what we suffered under Cousins. At least they haven't incurred the wrath of the taxman, or been getting their reports to the Conference wrong...

Once again, I wonder how long it will take the Poppies fans to realise what the big picture really is...

Ahh good old imaginary money, that staple of football at Nene park, both with ourselves and the ploppies.

The renaming of the Peter De Banke was a particularly nasty thing for them to do, it seemed designed to hurt us further. If they had remamed one of the other stands after Dale I'm sure most of us would have congratulated them on that at least, but what they did shows a total lack of class.

With you on that, Sid. If they were still at RR i'd laugh at their results but besides that wouldn't really care. But the fact they're at Nene Park really irritates me.

Yep same here, I got over the demise of R&D a while ago, but until they go bust, I don't think I'll ever get over the fact they're at NP, I remember a few months ago people were quick to disregard it as 'just a stadium', but I never understood that. Yes the club is more important, but I still can't forget that so many of my footballing memories have been from there and I remember always feeling almost privileged to get to watch my team in such a super ground, while other teams in our league watched theirs from sheds. And I would have been happier if they had bulldozed it, its not that it happens to be them playing there, its just the fact that someone who isn't R&D is playing there that is annoying, maybe I sound bitter but I just pray that soon they will have played their last game there, the stadium will go and we can move on to the new club and forget the whole thing.

He's now poppyday79. He forgot the password on his original account so had to create a new one.
