New policy there now, they have reduced spending to 200% of income and promised not to go cap in hand with a begging bowl to the football community for at least 12 months.

Sky Sports just confirmed it, what we all thought would happen one day, he's finally a Premier League player! Well done to him
Will be very interesting to see what impact, if any, he has on the PL.
