Oh do be quiet! He was only being shouted at for making some "strange" decisions. That's football deal with it!

Would that be the same linesman who flagged off-side two Hendon goals?
The biggest culprit yesterday was the referee who gave absolutely nothing in favour of Jason Turner.

One thing I have learned about this board is you will get nowhere with trying to start a debate when there is not a point to talk about. Trust me I've done it many times. Don't think anyone can go to a football match and not expect to hear some criticism of the linesman about baffling decisions. It happens in all competitions, premier league, champions league and non league, it has been touched upon in the last few weeks that because you can't hear it in large grounds then it it tends to go unnoticed, where as yesterday, ok maybe the linesman did get it wrong on a few occasions and get slated for it but that's a football match for you... It also didn't help that it was an fa cup game, one of the most important of the season so far so tensions are bound to run high.. You can't knock the passion of the fans and full credit to them yesterday!! If the bench and the players get frustrated like peaksy and Paul lamb did yesterday then you can't expect the fans to act jolly..

The lino on the dugout side had a very poor second half, compounded by giving Henson a free kick when their player had hold of Elliott's shirt. He didn't have a particularly good game in my opinion, which was shared by a couple of their subs

I'm very sorry P55 if I may have been one of those Older fans who disappointed you yesterday, but the Lino in front of the dugout did make IMO the odd strange decisions that some of us may have felt were worthy of comment. Can't remember hearing any personal insults, reference to his parentage or any use of that word. Yes he was doing his job, one he is paid to do & in the opinion of a large number he was making a p..s poor fist of it. I'd have to say if everyone who ever critisised or passed comment about an official at a football match stopped going the wouldn't be many left, but then it wouldn't matter anyway as the wouldn't be any players, managers or coaches there to provide a game. IMO we had a hard enough job yesterday against the 11 in green without getting sod all in the 2nd half from the 3 in black, still when was the last time anyone saw a game between teams from a couple of levels apart when the lower one got any amount of the 50/50 decisions. Ha Ho onward & upward, Yaxley Sat hopefully 3 points and a wonderful performance from those officiating who can then be politely applauded from the pitch.

Hendon have been drawn at home to fellow Ryman Premier side Leiston. Leiston are 5th in that league, so it would have been another tough draw had we got through.
