Might suit an academy set up as part of a bigger plan to use the site. Of course nothing major can be developed until the claw back clause expires.

You are correct and ideally we need everything at one location. I was really making the point that the provision of a bit of grass approximately 120 yards x 80 yards would not be much use, on it's own, to any registered football club irrespective of the level that they play at.

I see that the proposal document has been removed from ENC's planning portal, only the 'Rushton, Northants' covering letter remains!
