surely sacking is the wrong wording. maybe asked to leave? part company? if they're not contracted to us, then everyone is free to go their own way.
players will always come and go. best of luck to them in the future.
come on you whites.

Think everything has been said now...all aired our opinions...all been heard...let's move on. Plenty ammunition for those outside the club to joyfully seize on...but it's us and what we do that counts.

Back to focussing the players we have and the Dog and Duck and two big games this week.

We all love AFC R&D...let's show it Tuesday...can't wait...

not having a go at the management but we are now very thin up front if any of the current attacking four gets injured or is unavailable.

I think one lesson from this episode may be that having a large squad with depth is very difficult at this level. Perhaps a better alternative is relying on a relatively small, tight knit squad and if a key player gets injured, like Dunk's, Alfie, Faz etc., you go out and bring somebody in.

In fact, having just checked, Spalding, in the last few weeks, have never fielded a full 16 man squad. Indeed they only had two players on the bench for one game; given their flying start having a smaller squad doesn't appear to have affected them much.

This is my first post on here and I for one am glad the management have clamped down on the stuff that especially Nat was posting. He obviously thought he was to big for his boots! I am like most others gutted to see lance go but we have to respect who is it charge, even it we are now very thin on the ground!

Yeah he's still tweeting away to himself. Decent player but would have been even better if he spoke on the pitch as much as he does on Twitter, could hear a pin drop on the right wing at times.
