Confused.com - KC says he has regained control of the club or the premises?

If he has regained control of the club then he should be applying for Southern League membership based on the 'Japanese' consortium bid

The Bezants are still the registered directors in name, but we all know now they are hardly recognised as running the club.

I'll happily ring the Southern League in the morning and find out what the procedure is, but is it really worth it.

Has that made things clearer, no I thought not :?

I believe he just took control of the ground as landlord, I don't think he's that interested in the football club, he's got another one lined up to slot in already hasn't he? As I understand it he just evicted the football club, which consists of a name and the two clowns at the moment.

I don't think we need to apply we will just be allocated to the League by the F.A. if we meet the Financial criteria.

Only new Clubs need to apply for a League so as to ground grade etc.
