Sam Smith has started for Cambridge tonight against Halifax, days after scoring a goal for Hereford on Saturday having spent much if not all of the season at Edgar Street.

Jake Woolley has been released by Luton. Spent the second half of the season as a bit-part player for St Neots, but I do think he is a quality player who might be tempted to come to us given his RDFC-past.

Good call - I remember him making his Conference debut for RDFC at Histon and getting stuck straight in - http://rdfc1992.com/2012/08/05/jake-woolley/ . I think it would have been more likely had Starms still been in charge though.

Joe Day transfer listed by Peterborough.

Peterborough's retained list is a bit odd. Seem to have released or transfer listed most of their players!

Is it being too optimistic to suggest we try and persuade Joe back down to Rushden for a curly wurly?

Following on from Red Snappers post surely the powers that be could contact Duane for a friendly with Cradley. What a fantastic opportunity that would be for both him and us as he will always be a huge supporter of AFC and also one of our greatest players.
