KC wins. :(

Jeune said: “Without going into too much detail, we have made an agreement with Rushden & Diamonds (2008) Ltd, which is more than we originally expected.

They have 28 days to pay KC what ever the amount is.
Not sure if that is the last they will hear from KC though.
They will still have the issue of the time left on the lease and the CVA payments hanging over their heads I suspect.

No I think the £58k, or whatever figure they'll pay him, is the last they have to do with him because he broke the lease when he reclaimed the ground last year. Now he'll just have to wait a while before developing it!

Just the CVA then - and any more surprise bills currently in the closet. I wonder who pays all the legal fees / court costs?

Does any know if any creditors have received any money from the CVA or has it all been sucked up by Carter Clark's administration fees?

Just think what they could have done with that money! What a waste of £58k (plus legal costs)

Why do the BBC and KTFC continue to blame Rushden and Diamonds as if we are somehow to blame.

surely they should always add that it was not the former football club of that name or the current AFC R & D but some individuals of rather dubious business acumen.

KTFC player Brad Piercewright tweeted his thoughts earlier and was clearly of the opinion that it was our 'board' that were trying to liquidate K*ttering. He later apologised after a few people corrected him.

Poppies chairman Ritchie Jeune says the sum is "narrowly" less than £70,000, and after escaping the winding-up order told BBC Radio Northampton: "I'm very much relieved. As far as we're aware, there are no more skeletons in the closet.

Just read his tweets, what an utter fuckwit. Completely miss-informed, I wonder how many others labour under this falsehood?

Although he's correct on one thing, I'm gutted they have survived again.
