Well I did wonder a few months ago when they delayed the order at RJ's comment of 'as far as we're concerned' and unsurprisingly certainly not as KC is concerned. I guess its typical of the whole saga that they'd get to the point where they thought they're safe, but then yet again KC and their past comes back to haunt them, what are the chances of their appeal being successful, surely they can't get another lifeline after the numerous ones they've had in the past?
On twitter, people are saying they're okay, but how, KC isn't going give up easily.

I ought to be really surprised that the Southern League is allowing their games to go ahead, as their opponents will play knowing that even if they win the results may be expunged - but we saw what the Southern League were like last season.
They could postpone the game(s) until the appeal is held - in a similar way to what the Conference is doing with Farnborough.

i'm sure it's all brinkmanship, Kc knew they would appeal, so he either gets his money or not, if they go, K*ttering FC can play at Latimer park for the rest of the NSYL, it's all been kitted out ready for them to start in step 6 next season, thats only 2 leagues below where they are now so it doesn't really matter.

Agreed - and didn't one of the main players at KFC help them in the move to Latimer Park anyway?
There's also the other point about if two clubs have folded after trying to make a go of things at Nene Park it will make it easier to get any covenant on the stadium relaxed. Would that have more value to the creditors than the money they are owed?

I saw that and laughed. It's not as if Whitworths are going to splash the cash.

Don't KFC own the stand that they picked up from Daventry or something too.

I also got the impression that the floodlight lamps installed at Latimer Park were also acquired by KFC from Daventry United's old ground last September.

Have BPW been contributing to the costs of improving Latimer Park to Step 4 level?
