Leamington are a decent side at that level, they'll do well to keep the score down in single figures if they do turn up.

The Southern League has been deafeningly silent over this affair. The Conference is taking a tough line with Truro - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19757876 - asking them for a bond mid-season to act as compensation for travelling costs for clubs who travel if their record is expunged. Bashley will have a fair few costs getting to Nene Park tomorrow, but the Southern League don't seem to be even asking questions despite the embargoes, missed payments etc.

I used to think this but it has to end at some point. Sure Ladak's paying for somewhere to play but no player will touch them now that they've spent a year not paying their players. Maybe they should be renamed Tresham College FC. They'll be playing a youth team in a couple of week's time if they're still going and is that not making the Southern League Premier a complete farce? Surely they'd have to be kicked out, it wouldn't be fair on the teams that had to play them earlier, if everyone else was winning 9-0!

The fans on Poppynet are pathetic, so many saying 'well KFC aren't playing in K*ttering so what's the point of them' - completely missing the point that KFC have it in writing from their first mission statement that their aim is to get back into K*ttering ASAP. KTFC have absolutely no desire to get back to K*ttering.

Early prediction, what do you think - I am waiting for the following - due to the rain overnight, nene park's pitch is waterlogged and the game has been postponed

Meh, what would they gain from that? By holding the game at least they get a bit of money from the turnstiles and the bar. If they don't get that they presumably they won't have any cash, because the club accounts are still locked.

Alan Doyle says KTFC have 11 players today. That includes two goalkeepers. Sounds like a new embargo has been put on KTFC

What so they're gonna have to put a goalie up front

I guess it could be touch and go whether it even goes ahead today, are you even allowed to play a match with less than 10 outfield players?

And ok, now I see this REALLY is the end for them

1447: Troubled K*ttering Town have had an interesting build-up to their home game with Bashley in the Evo-Stick Southern League this afternoon. Bookmakers stopped taking bets on an away win as the Poppies looked set to start the game with just 10 men, but they have now named 11 players - including a reserve goalkeeper starting outfield and one player, Ben Gathercole, who hasn't arrived at the ground yet. Chaos. They will have no substitutes at all.
