If your'e reffering to the £14 million for Charlie Adam. Then I disagree, he has been (in my opinion) one of the top three players in the premier league this season.

I'm referring to the ludicrous amounts of money being spent on footballers - they are just men who are pretty good at kicking a ball about after all; they're not saving anyone's life or curing cancer - it's obscene, totally obscene. If these deals go through, Premiership clubs will have spent over £200m It's daft, and that's from a life-long football fan :(

Ah ok, to be honest I agree. I think that there needs to be regulations on the ammount of money teams can spend and/or a salary cap, although there is about the same chance of Messi signing for us of this happening.
