You must live in a different part of Rushden to me... It chucked it down!

Sane here, Park Avenue was like a river at one stage, not much better now

I hope that wasn't you who took that picture Jim, you shouldn't be anywhere near THAT place ;)
Official attendance they had was 180 apparently. For a home match on a Saturday, not good - even if it was just a PSF.

It looks like they needed the money from those 180 to pay the wages, as they were unable to pay them in the way that most of us expect given their payday was today - i.e. if payday is on a weekend you'd expect to be paid the Friday before - but in their case they've interpreted it to mean the Monday afterwards, thus upsetting their players. Its no wonder John Beck is watching UCL Division 1 teams' games, and recruiting players from pay-to-play academies, if he doesn't have the funds to find players at a higher level.

Exactly. That really was a lame excuse from Ritchie Jeune. Mind you he was in charge of a company that went bust as recently as last November.

I see Jeune has had "do a Cousins" and fund their shirt sponsorship deal himself using the "Evolution" brand -

'Desperate Measures' indeed when you fail to attract a shirt sponsorship deal from the outside community. ;)

The 'lap dog' who now appears to be the top man.
