UttoDiamond wrote:Oh Quigsy, you utter, utter let-down! A crying shame as he had formed a great partnership with Bunts in midfield, gave us attacking verve, goals and energy in the middle of the park. As good as Bunts and Brad are as a midfield two, I just thought that Bunts and Quigs gave us that extra dimension, running beyond the strikers. Need to look at replacing him ASAP, as we are desperately short of options now.
I do wonder if Lewis Leslie was signed to replace Quigs. I'm sure he is a central midfielder rather than a winger, but has found himself out wide due to the untimely injury to Andy Hall.

Hopefully Leslie is the box-to-box energetic midfielder to replace Quigley - looking forward to seeing him play tomorrow night.

I would have thought Peasky has brought him from like what he's seen and having some links to cogenhoe. Giving him a chance to see what he can do at a higher level

An excellent 1-0 win at (tricky) Petersfield, 3 points in the bag.
A late winner, 2 points gained, makes up for Beaconsfield at home.
Funny in how footy works, one moment a high, late winner then next moment low moment. Plenty of more twists and turns to come.
