I guess that depends upon whether or not they believe (and if they do believe, prove) any of the creditors listed to be bogus. If there are bogus creditors, used to inflate the "yes" vote, then I'm sure they will appeal, if there aren't they won't - HMRC appear to be taking no prisoners at the moment, so who knows.

Well he might do, but he cannot kick us out if we have complied with the tennancy agreement.
The above is nicked from Ploppynet. I find it surprising they haven't realised there are probably break out clauses in the lease, whereby if they want to leave they give the Landlord x number of months notice to quit, and the same applies to the Landlord. I'd be gobsmacked if KC hadn't built that in to the lease.

Surely it's a case of keep the club (and a tenant) going for 3 years and you'll get some of the prize when it's redeveloped in 2015 and you can leave KTFC wherever they are

You keep them ticking along just like he did at Weymouth - just above the relegation zone in the SLP, maybe even relegated to SLD1C - he doesn't care. He can just say that £12.5k a month rent is killing the club meaning that they can't pay for good players, all whilst Poppies Events Ltd does a good enough trade to make him money on the side that doesn't go into KTFC.
I think KTFC will continue plodding along in the SLP not doing anything, especially this season because of the points deduction, their crowds will slowly drop off and then Rolls can say the budget has to be cut further and further. They're going to stagnate before they die.

Does anyone know if the football creditors will be paid in full?
Nothing has been mentioned anywhere; I did see somewhere before the CVA was agreed that the players wont be paid in full but according to FA rule they are football creditors.
Does the rules apply in non league football?

Quick off the mark on Ploppynet with my news. ;)
Companion Cooke wrote:More great news for the club if the rumour I heard is true. Poppy hater and ex-Diamond 'bighead' Helen Thompson is to return to NP, as eyes and ears with the keys.........to upset the apple cart - a very rude individual, just the sort of PR the club needs.
East Northants United moving a step closer?

It seems that my information was correct. ;) Just remind me how successful she was taking a lead role when RDFC Trust ran our club and then under KC's stewardship?
For Gingerbeer's (Ritchie Jeune) benefit my information came from the 'Cambridge' end and it was described as taking over 'K*ttering/Rushden' hence my East Northants United jibe.

Nene Park more leak's than the titanic . Eyes and ears with the keys not really sure that's a job description :-) the club has been in contact with Helen , the club approached her , she has a wealth of knowledge with regards to running NP commercially , history of deleloping "a club" in the local area, has been a member of the blue square conferance board and local FA. All experience KTFC could do with. SHOULD Helen decide to join the team I am confident she will be a value to the club and the jubilee centre. I hope that the fans will give her the opertunity to make a difference before erecting any scaffolding on the centre spot :-) not that I am not in favour of half time entertainment .
