Not really 'former players', but Joe Yoffe (anyone remember him?) is on trial at Braintree, and James Harrison who played for our U18's last season was on the bench for Corby on Monday night against Stoke.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

I understand that lewis Halford is now playing for Elgin in one of the Scottish leagues, personally i think he would be better off playing for us ( he would be watched by moore spectators)

Aaron O'Connor and Jefferson Louis have scored for Newport in the first game of the season.
