There's quite a bit of hypocrisy from Blue Sq about this - given they "started it" -

You could summise that Betfair and Sausage are using the situation for maximum advertising, Betfair get their own back on Blue Square and Sausage makes some Money to plug a few hours in the accounts.
Sausage may not worry about the sanctions from the Conference for breaking the contract as he may well be looking at a CVA to eleviate the remaing debts and so leave the Conference for the Southern League.
I don't think Sausage cares two hoots about Kettrin Town all he sees is making money from the facilities at Nene Park with any profits mainly going to him and his partner with a few pennies given to the Football Club to keep them alive i can't see him investing funds of any note over the next few years but just enough to keep the heads above water.

But there's no way it will be profitable, I think everyone - everyone! - can see that! I wonder if the Southern League would ask for a bond, in the same way that the Conference will?

But Rolls thinks he can make a profit, his Ego says that he is the best and all other before him at Nene Park were idiots with no business brains, who knows his ego may be right, only time will tell.
Life is full of people who think they are better than those before them and you can see how much he loves himself in his posed pictures at Nene Park.

Apparently Rolls has said in an interview on BBC Radio Northampton in the last hour that it will take 2-3 years to clear the debt. Can't see them breaking even on running costs of the club based at Nene Park so the debt will continue to increase.

It looks like Betfair were / are planning to pay the Poppies Season Ticket holders to attend the match -
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/footba ... ition.html - some might say that's the only way they'll get a decent crowd. ;) ;) ;)
