I've always thought there should be two automatic promotion places anyway, the league is too hard to get out of, and Stevenage, Oxford and through different means Crawley, have shown there isn't a huge difference in standards...

If a single Kettrin' fan takes them up on that, after what happened to some of our fans last year, they are utterly utterly mental.
£270 to watch BSN (at best) football next season. Works out at £12.85 a game. In the BSN at the minute the average entrance fee is somewhere between £10-11, and that's on a game-per-game basis!!!
If they're going to be charging more than £13 on the gate next season (provided they're still in business and the Conference board accept them) then the gates will be thoroughly comical.

Here's what RoLOLs did at Weymouth a few weeks ago:

Also by cheque.
By the way I've just finished marking off my "Parallels between Nene Park 2011 and Nene Park 2012" bingo card. Bingo!
Also what kind of club doesn't allow you to choose your own seat when buying a season ticket? That's bloody weird.
Oh and some of the spelling on that application form is woeful. "You're Details"

The other news is that Kettrin i believe have just broken the Football Conference Sponsorship rules by agreeing a deal with a rival Betting company for sponsorship of their match with Stockport.
Blue square have i think an exclusive deal and will not be happy bunnies with Kettrin.

Back to the real issue at hand - football.
Kettrin' have a massive game today against away at Ebbsfleet. Win and they'll boost their chances of survival greatly, lose/draw and they could be staring into oblivion given the following fixtures:
Hayes V Telford
Lincoln V Newport
Stockport V Bath
Wins for Telford, Lincoln and Stockport would be catastrophic.
If Kettrin' won all of their remaining games they'd get 50 points, so as it stands this is the table that matters. Hopefully we can have some fun with this and i'll update/amend as and when. ;)

For some reason I thought they were in a far worse position than they are - survival looks very doable with the table like that.
But I agree, should all not go well for them today, they'll face one hell of an battle.

Southport got a reprieve  on 46 points last season but would, in normal circumstances, been relegated. Therefore, to survive the Ploppies need to win 5-6 games out of their remaining 7 matches to have any chance of avoiding relegation. A win for Ebbsfleet, this afternoon, would guarantee them survival in what was for them a difficult season on the financial front.

I think if they're on their game they could pick up another 8 points.
Ebbsfleet V Kettrin' (1 point)
Kettrin' V Stockport (3 points)
Kettrin' V Mansfield (0 points)
Cambridge V Kettrin' (0 points)
Kidderminster V Kettrin' (0 points)
K*ttering V Barrow (3 points)
Darlington V K*ttering (1 point)
