5-1 and teams above the bottom 4 winning, 7 points adrift now, I don't know what the answer is, but one thing I can say for sure, it's not Richard Maxwell, he needs to go back to the academy and we need to look for a manager... NOW.

If anyone needs any advice here is my take
1) get Ravi’s phone number
2) 7 dayer in for Jordan Graham ( at least get a chance to sit down and talk)
3) call Jimmy Dean, Peaksy, Banbury and any other localist teams to see if anyone wants done game time.
4) give Jesse a call and say sorry

Incident at the end, hate to assume, but from Joe's comments on radio Diamonds, I get the sense there might have been a racist comment from one of the crowd, disgusting if I'm right.
