Andy Peaks was left slightly disappointed after AFC Rushden & Diamonds were held to a 1-1 draw by Banbury United at Hayden Road.

Banbury have been deducted 4 points for fielding an ineligible player earlier in the season.

Sounds a bit harsh.

Guess the FA would argue if you know a hard copy has to be with them before the player can play it’s up to the Club to ensure it’s arrived before fielding him. But as you say very harsh, 14 days for a letter to arrive who’s their postman Tim in the condition he was in Saturday afternoon

Ravi was going to deliver the papers himself by hand apparently, but he fell over several times on the way to FA HQ! Judging by the amount of time he spent on the deck on Saturday the poor lad is obviously still very concussed
