Just 6 less than the highest SL attendance of the day too, though I suppose that was boosted a little by the presence of the community teams. But still always nice to get a higher crowd than the team up the road for once, even if their overall average is a bit higher this season.
I might be wrong but didn't we get well over 700 for our community day last season?

734 v Thurnby on the corresponding Saturday last year.

A good 3 points, I hope he will rest a few players on Tuesday night ready for the big one on Saturday, For the statisticians amongst us Lorraines 2 goals took him to 5th place overall in goalscorers charts overtaking Mr Newman

Hall, Liversedge and Lawless are all cup tied and, maybe, Andy will start with all three on Tuesday evening. Three points are vital however so any selection he makes will receive my support. I hope Delroy's injury is not too severe as we really can't afford to have him missing from our defence for any length of time.

I'd be in favour of playing an under-strength side with a view to next Saturday. Fleet's away form is dire so something like the following would suffice i'd have thought. I'd give Hoban the first half to help his fitness and bring him off at HT. Hopefully we'd have done the business by that point.

............................Finlay............................

Butt.........Wilkinson...........Dolman...........Brown

Hall.............Harris.........Quigley...............Hoban

.................Lawless...........Liversedge..............

Ackroyd & ELJ or Harvey on at HT. Not sure what the deal is with ELJ's ban.

ELJ will be serving the third match of his ban which commenced last Tuesday.

Yeah, I'd have no problems if Peaks decided to rest a few players on Tuesday, if it were up to me I'd definitely start the guys who are cup tied and probably rest Hoban too as he's just coming back from injury, yes the 'cup final' cliche is thrown around too much, but next Saturday imo is the equivalent of a cup final for a club of our level and if a few players have to be rested for a league game, then so be it as far as I'm concerned, Saturday is a massive opportunity for the club.
