1) Funny old game - we fail to beat the Tigers all year and the Cooks look like they might win it!
2) Best wishes to the lad who broke his leg today - I suppose if you fake enough injuries eventually you get one. Hope he's back on the pitch soon and the midgets learn something from that episode.

Great result but really hope Jonny Allen recovers. Never nice for a player to receive a bad injury like that.

A 3 - 2 win for Cogenhoe and no silly tantrums from the home team. Cogenhoe scored 3 decent goals and deserved the points. It seems Holbeach do not like Diamonds.
Ah well, we don't like them.

We are top of the league.

At last a sensible comment on the injury. This is non league football yet some of you comment as if it's all out warfare.

No wonder everyone else thinks we are arrogant twats.

Wow, I thought they might get a draw and I would have been pleased with that - but I'm truly delighted with this result.

Good luck to the injured lad, always a shame to hear of that!

They still need to drop a point, so not over yet and we have to make sure we don't foul up, but I said there would be a few twists and turns to come and today was a massive one of those :)

Happy bunny tonight !!

Forgive the slightly aggressive tone but

'AVE IT YA SLAG!

Obviously all our best wishes are going to the injured player, but now we've got a race on our hands - Holbeach missing a player, dropping points, the mighty Whites chasing down the trophy - it's a good time to be a Diamond!
