Glad I caught it at 31/1
*40/1 brag* :D

Awesome draw!
It's not the odds that's important, it's your returns

Funny how our First Qualifying Round draw was more difficult than every draw we've had since and I'm also very happy with this draw, had predicted St Andrews away tbh, but at home is even better. GSP showed that whether they're a division below or not, its not going to be a walkover by any means, but again, I fully expect us to make the last 16 with this draw, though if we do manage to keep going, sooner or later, we will get that Spennymoor away tie, I can just see it coming, I assume this is the last time the draw will be kind to us.

Oh and I feel stupid now for leaving the betting for so long, Betway has us at 16/1, been meaning to do it for weeks

I'd take us to beat anyone at home so this is a good draw for me. Let's hope the weather is kind.

Same, like I said in another thread, even Spennymoor have apparently had indifferent form away from home so are probably relying on home draws to be successful in this competition, nice to have a few home draws to make up for the endless away draws at the start of the season.

Judging by their home results so far it looks like they have had a relatively easy path so far and this will be their first proper test. They have played one step 5 club so far and the rest at step 6. I do expect to go into the next round but think this won't be the easy tie that everyone would expect. Like I said I'm hoping for a job done first time round to save on the replay. But I have a feeling this will be a bigger test than gsp the weekend...

Home draw against a step 6 side is great. I really fancy us to go all the way to the final this time. We've got a stronger squad than last season. :D

That's three times now we have drawn the "almost weakest" team in the competition.
Woodford, Prims and now St Andrews.

Not a serious question....... but Norwich is further north than Rushden so why were they not in northern half of the draw?

I'm guessing Rushden-Morpeth is a shorter journey than Norwich-Morpeth?

I'm surprised that the draw was split 14-18, rather than half and half. We were even luckier not to have drawn an NL team!

They have only played 13 league games this season, 6 or 7 less than some in the league, probably due to this Vase run. Their 8th in the table is a false position and if they were to win the missing games would be top of the league. They will be much better than Prims and not to be brushed aside straight away.
