Agreed, was great to see so many as me and my Dad was walking down to the Chippy. Great to see loads of old faces from the old RDFC days at the stadium as well; the atmosphere in the 1st half was great as well!!!rudolph_hucker wrote:Seeing so many Rushden shirts walking through the town

The lad is question was given a lift room a bit later, Barrie should be blamed for being a bad influence on him  We made sure he got home ok and i imagine he had a sore head the following day like I didThree of Diamonds wrote:One young lad went OTT as I saw him slumped against a wall with a paramedic tending to him, after the game. bozzer has it for me, just being surrounded by people standing in the sunshine enjoying Saturday afternoon football, it seemed such a long way off this time last year. I guess as well as that was the pride I felt during the minutes silence, you could have heard a pin drop, it sums up our fans !!
Oh, and the look on Rob's face when he discovered a new found love for neat Southern Comfort ;)

I think I did that one time but I was in the toilet and missed Joe Merrills goal, so in my eyes it actually was only 3-0, nothing to do with any drink consumed beforehand honest!!!! ;)Dirty Boy wrote:At 0-4 - When the drunk bloke who started the "3-nil" song lol!

Our fans need to get themselves checked out, they piss far too frequently! Bobos went about 10 times during the course of the match.
Oh and I did enjoy it when "They've only got 10 men" was being sung by everyone in the bar pre-match. Really loud.
