Definately excited for this, great work by the organisers, well done.

Lets hope we can sort a proper agenda and action plan for the night to get the ball really rolling and take the club, our club, forwards again. Do we know who will be 'leading' the meeting as such?

Bollocks; I'll be somewhere in the country covering some wanking old Friends Life t20 match, even if I'm up at Northampton I won't be able to get to it.

Fantastic that we've got something arranged. Will be very useful if we can get a representative or representatives from another phoenix club or supporters direct as reading Chester FC's story, the presentations of the representatives from FC United and AFC Telford were by the looks of things very useful if possible.

So what will the agenda of the meeting be, will we sort that out on here or will saverdfc do that?

I wont be able to attend as I'm in landan town!! But would like to have the ability still to vote on matters

SaveRDFC will sort out the agenda and indeed almost everything to do with the meeting, but we will need lots of help and volunteers - details to follow.

I hear what you're saying Jim but that would be very difficult for us to organise. We don't want to allow the wider internet to vote on things, only proper R&D fans.

Yeah I agree but if to say you have a ballot at the meeting rather than just a show of hands then you could E-mail the people that have said they cant make it before the meeting and add they votes to the ballot??

I think building links with the phoenix sides will be a must in case Supporters Direct doesn't survive the problems that it's facing at the moment.

I'm going to suggest that an invitation to at least AFC Telford (because their chairman contacted UttoDiamond to offer advice in setting up a phoenix club) and/or others is made through SaveRDFC so it's all unified under one umbrella and invites are sent via support@saverdfc.com so it is as formal as possible.
