They reckon this secret investor is Max Griggs that's why DM's are up for sale. :D :D

I tell you now, if that were to happen I would lose faith in just about everything !

I would say its all bollocks, like most stuff written on Ploppynet; if there were a single grain of truth in the fact that Max had even considered it for fleeting millisecond, I would feel the utmost betrayal - and a certain person has already delivered what I thought was that !

If Kettrin's game against Telford on Saturday gets called off as well that only leaves one fixture, the re-arranged game against FGR on 21st Feb, before the 28th Feb deadline set by the conference to pay their football creditors.

I think I read that they took about £3300 for the Gateshead fixture so you would assume that the FGR game will bring in similar revenues, probably a bit more, but you have to wonder how they are going to make a dent in the figure of £40k by the end of Feb. I would have thought they would be doing well just to stop the debts from getting any bigger let alone paying some of them off.

Be interesting to see if anyone puts their hand in their pocket before then (as with HMRC) because it's not going to be paid from revenues earnt by the club, it's not going to be raised by the fans and the likelihood of any settlement from DRC looks extremely remote.

Of course there's no guarantee of the FGR on the 21st even going ahead, if the weather is still bad they will have spent the most critical month so far without playing a home game.

Unbelievable! If they get Saturday's 'home' game on, then it will be played behind closed doors as police refusing to turn up!

Somewhere, I hope the Conference are adding another page to their notes...

Boom. So it's now £40k + the Police bill that needs to be raised and with no matchday income unless they can pay the policing costs beforehand.

"Successive payment deadlines..." suggests that they might've not paid that £17k bill for the Lincoln game and maybe more for the Luton fixture as well.

Ed: Although the game's not likely to go ahead anyway, if the weather forecasts are to be believed.

I respect those on here that hold a higher moral ground on this, but I LOVE EVERY SINGLE SECOND OF THEIR DEMISE.

If they played in K*ttering, then no problem, but the sooner those rats are out of Nene Park (even if that means the end of Nene Park) the better.

:D

Behind closed doors for them at the weekend, not that it will go ahead.

Has that ever happened before for these reasons? Truly desperate. People that have paid for their season tickets aren't getting what they were promised, people who have paid for tickets almost certainly won't get their money back unless they've paid by credit card, and Telford fans can't attend either.

They'll be watering the pitch Friday night then, again? :? ;)

If KTFC was a dog it would be being served in a Chinese takeaway by now, having been shot a few days ago. I feel sorry for their fans having to watch all of the stuff that's happened since the summer. Thank f**k our end game was relatively short.

The game will almost certainly not go ahead anyway because of the weather but even so, I can't believe what I'm reading. The Police bill has to be up there as one of the first bills you pay for this exact reason...the way that the Police statement is worded implies that they've been promised payment time and again and have yet to see a penny! Unbelievable.
