I would hazard a guess that Williams hold the team record of around 24 consecutive pole positions, from the top of my head I think it was about the 1992-1993 season.
As for the most consecutive pole positions by a driver it has to be the late great Ayrton Senna and I would say that was probably around thg 1988-1989 mark.
