With all the farce that's surrounded the last relegation place in recent years (Alty being reprieved 3 times in a row and FGR being reprieved last season) it usually means that relegation isn't confirmed until the Conference AGM in June. This is because it's always likely that one team will be kicked out of the league for one reason or another (e.g. Halifax (financial), Salisbury (financial), Canvey Island(resigned), Boston(all-round dodgyness after Steve Evans)) therefore it's usually said that the last relegation place is decided at the last game of the season, the AGM Cup in June.
