All positive moves in the right direction.

. One suggestion I have is could we obtain a few high vis vests with āBoard Memberā on and have a couple of the board wear them at each match. There is definitely a positive mood at the moment and the ability to approach/chat to members of the board face to face and build that interaction will also help significantly with the board/fan engagement piece. Aside from the obvious I couldnāt tell you who the board members were previously and thatās probably aided the disconnect that some fans have felt. As I said, itās a very positive feel at the moment irrespective of our relegation fight and the new board deserve praise.
Whilst I have some spare high vis vests (turquoise) for Pitch Volunteers that we've never used too much, I personally don't think that's the right approach. On matchdays the high viz is for security and paramedic support.
Historically the board members have always had STAFF Lanyards with their Photo Member badges, and have, in my experience generally always been available if walking around. On matchdays many directors (and not all directors can be at every match of course), do have various duties (shop, secretarial, matchday etc. or boardroom meet and greet etc).., so may not be fully available to chat.
That's also part of Tim's role, per this thread to facilitate that initial conversation on matchdays when time may be limited - and perhaps that would then lead to a meeting before or after a match for example or a follow up over email as required with the appropriate director(s).
